Crew Health: We are thrilled to share that Charleene is back at home and doing much better, though she is still on the road to a full recovery.

🌌 Fleet-Wide Highlights from the CSR
Looking up at the macro level, STARFLEET International is making massive strides:

SFI.org Restoration: Fleet Admiral Ryan Case reports that the main public-facing STARFLEET website is back online, and the Digital Systems & Technology team is hard at work restoring the Quartermaster store and digital archives (which are already over 90% compiled).

Virtual International Conference (VIC 2026): Despite being entirely virtual via Gather Town, VIC 2026 was a massive success with 285 total registrants and 109 members logged in at peak simultaneously.

Admiralty Board Decisions: The recent ECAB meeting was remarkably efficient—finishing in under two hours while passing pivotal motions, including the creation of new scholarships (such as the Admiral Jonathan “Gumby” Simmons Service Scholarship) and enhanced social media security standards.

Educational Services: While Moodle is still undergoing restoration, STARFLEET Fandom Academy is fully operational via email/PDF course requests. In July alone, 52 students completed an impressive 452 courses!
